-By now means that something is ending at present - Merriam Webster college dictionary
Something is ending now or should be happening now.
“The evidence of a mature christian is a life long process of growth.”

“By now you should be experiencing spiritual growth, if not then something might be impeding your development.”

The fruit of the spirit I confirmation of growth.
1 Corinthians 15:3-4 KJV
“When you’re caught up in self you’ve missed the mark of who christ is in you. There has to be a change. You can not go into the presence of God and leave the same way.”
“You can not go to God one way and leave the same way. It’s virtually impossible.”
“Hindering another persons growth by putting yourself before them you have missed the point of Jesus Christ, life, death, and resurrection.”

By now you should have grown to the place where you understand that you’ve been chosen by God and adopted as his child
By now That you are justified not bc of how you feel but bc of what Jesus has done on your behalf
By now you you are united with the Lord and is one with him in the spirit
By now you should know that you’ve been bought with a price you should understand that you belong to God
By now you should understand that you’re a member of Christs body.
By now you have been redeemed and forgiven of your sins
By now you should understand that you have direct access to the thrown of grace through Jesus Christ
By now you should know that you’re secure.
By now you should know that there is no condemnation.
